#11 Unicode, i18n & l10n
The package currently contains raw strings with
messages. Many of them are in French, many in
English. Should move to a properly internationalized
and localized application.
There would be three separate elements of this
project. Separating out the messages, creating at
least two language packs (English and French) and
considering the use of UTF (to permit, for example,
localization for asian languages)
