A while back, the application was separated into open source and commercial. The open source has core data integration features, but enterprise features like multiple users and scheduling were moved to the commercial version.
<edit> clarification, In the documentation there is mention of the two versions and there are 'stars' next to sections that are for commercial version.</edit>

Sorry about the confusion with the documentation we didn't realize that
hadn't been updated.
Hi Team,
I have read the METL user guide (Copyright © 2018 JumpMind, Inc Version 3.6.1).
I have deployed the downloaded war file on tomcat and its working.
I have few questions regarding flow deployment and user creation.
In this doc i read about to create new user and in the attached screens USER tab is available under the Admin navigation.
But when i deploy the war file and check the same on my localhost User tab and deploy navigation is not available.
Please help me to understand is there any restriction or different way to create new user and deploy the flow.
I have attached my localhost's screen.
