#9 Variable User Tasks Summary

Modify My Tasks section to accept an optional user_id
argument and, if supplied, show the My Tasks output for
that user_id instead of the default which is the
currently logged in user.

This will help project managers decide who to assign
tasks to based on the users' current workloads.
