Since Grandmaster Tao can not put a lot of time into this project any more, Gunslnger will be taking over the majority of the work and will be keeping Metis up to date.

The latest releases fixes all known bugs and updates the skill planner with the latest experience tables and skill icons. It also handles the new graphics mode options and world data.

This minor release fixes the URL for the Runescape news that is displayed by default when starting Metis. The URL has changed recently, so this update fixes the ugly HTTP 404 error that is displayed.

I've skipped 3.5.1 as it had some issues with it, but 3.5.2 has now been released! This release fixes some issues with the high score and compare scores features as well as adds support for the new summoning skill.

This minor point release fixes a problem with the worlds causing a 404 error (Page Not Found) when trying to load a world.

Metis 3.4.1 has been released! This is a minor bug fix that allows all worlds to be functional at the cost of dynamic worlds such as most full, least full or best world being available. The full fix is underway and will be released as soon as possible.

Metis 3.4.0 is now released! This version includes bug fixes to some of the skins introduced in earlier releases of Metis, as well as a slew of usability improvements, etc. Check out the release notes for more details.

Metis 3.3.2 has been released! There was still one outstanding bug with parsing RuneHQ data that was resolved today. There are no other bug fixes in this release.

Metis 3.3.1 is a bugfix release that addresses a bug that caused Metis to hang when trying to parse quest guides from RuneHQ, which unfortunately is the default site that quest and skill guides come from. No other changes were introduced in this release.

This version of Metis is the first version written based on the guidelines of Jagex for Runescape world switchers. It also fixes an annoying freezing bug that was introduced in Metis 3.2.0.

This is simply a bug fix release that addresses two bugs:

The latest installment of Metis has been released! This release is mainly a bug fix, but also includes some new skins, updated calculators and a new way of managing custom bookmarks.

Metis 3.0.1 has been released! This is a bug fix for a NullPointerException that would be thrown the first time you tried running Metis. If you have successfully run Metis previously, then you would not encounter this error.

Metis 3.0.0 has been released! This release includes a handful of improvements such as quick links to the most full and least full worlds, more custom links, as well as standalone Linux support! Please read the changelog for complete details.

Metis v2.1.1 didn't completely fix the calculator, and a major bug was found that was causing the behaviour of the calculator to be worse than before. This latest release fixes this serious bug.

Metis v2.1.1 has been released. The only change in this release is an update to the built-in calculator to behave in a more predictable manner.

Metis 2.1.0 has been released! The main features in this release are the addition of colour support to IRC and the ability to pull down skill guides from the same Runescape fan sites that you can retrieve quest guides from. Check out the changelog for more information.

Metis v2.0.1 has been released! This is mainly a bug fix release, with the static world support working properly and custom links also functioning as expected. No new functionality has been added to this release. Look at the change log for details.
