Development Update

Excellent progress has been made over the last couple of weeks. We now have a fully functioning wiki engine, user authentication, user groups with inheritance, user permissions, smarty template override system in place. Im now working to improve the wiki further by making seperate namespaces aka Wiki Books, and then will be moving onto Forums and Media Galleries.

Just to confirm this code is from scratch, taking ideas from both TikiWiki and Bitweaver and combining them together in a 100% from the drawing board codebase.
