Hello! I've got the following error when updating databases:
java -jar MetaWatt-3.5.3/dist/MetaWatt-3.5.3.jar --run example/
Processing NCBI queries for database update...
Metawatt [INFO|1:16:09] (1/4) Processing "Eukaryota"...
Metawatt [INFO|1:16:09] Polling NCBI for new assemblies for superkingdom "Eukaryota" unique at rank "phylum"...
Metawatt [SEVERE|1:17:13] Module returned error:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out (Connection timed out)
Could you please tell me how can I fix this problem?or Is there any where I can find an accessible database and download directly?

Hi everybody,
I have also experienced the problem - it has become more difficult to have scripted access to the ncbi databases.
Unfortunately, I think it the time has come to archive Metawatt and switch to a more modern binner. When you compare the performance with new tools, such as MetaBat2, I would recommend everybody to make the switch...
