    Hi,

I successfully compiled Metassembler 1.3 on Ubuntu 14.04. However, when running the sample assembly, the process simply stops:

    Number of input assemblies: 2

    ---------- Run bash command ----------

    Ncoords:
    Ncoords -N ./MergeMetassemble/A/A.fa -D ./MergeMetassemble/A/ ...

    Error running Ncoords -N ./MergeMetassemble/A/A.fa -D ./MergeMetassemble/A/

Any idea where to look into?

    Best wishes,

    Karsten

      Hi,

Just add the /bin directory to your PATH. There is a small bug in the
metassemble script related to paths to binaries. It will be fixed if all
the programs are visible to your PATH. This will be mended shortly.
