Here are some minor changes to build.xml to make it
work with BEA WebLogic Server.

It expects the .build.properties to contain:

weblogic.home=c:\\Bea\\weblogic81\\server

I'd like to see the build.xml more aware of application
servers other than tomcat. Thanks!
