Use commandline option "+localinfo mm_debug 10" and "+log on". I must warn you that this will create extreme amount of output and disk logging and slow server.

when i am using metamod p32 instead of p31 the server run more unstable than usual ;-)
crashing nearly every second or third map.
running server with amxx 1.76d with many plugins.
amxx is the only one metamod plugin.

Can you try run server with 'mm_debug 10' and post logs for crash?
