Linies which exceeds the right margin, gets inserted a
soft-newline. This makes us able to visualy see the
whole physical linie, now spanning over several visual
lines.
soft-newline is implemented.
The rutines for identifying wrap-points, was
implemented for the an old instance of the editor. So
its more or less copy-past.
Allan "duff" Odgaard sugessted wordwrap on specific
parts of the buffer, e.g. wordwrap on comments. This
should be easy to implement.
no need for rewriting the main data structure to do this.
