#9 Help with unitialized value in portal.pm

Full error message trying to assign users to a group is:

in numeric gt (>) at Portal.pm line 1437. form method =
post action = index.pl>

I already tried to replace the .pm files (maybe
something changed, I dunno), I'm trying now to reinstall
the server on another machine, but that is not such an
option, and does not seem to be working quite well...

Any help resolving this issue is needed... Thanks
