I'm just getting started with metadot, but I've already made some changes to the code to make my life easier (what I've added so far is the ability to have objects other than categories that contain other objects, a configuration file for what objects are allowed to be contained inside different types of containers, and some abstraction that allows custom Gizmos to add their own 'Add a Gizmo' button to the toolbar without hacking around inside Portal.pm). Now I'm just wondering if the developers are interested in these types of patches, and if so, where should I send them? I am so impressed with metadot so far that I think we will be doing some big things with it here, and if you want a new developer on the project, I'd be happy to share any changes I make.
