    Hi.

I came across this site looking for a tool for an intranet. Is anyone running Metadot on a public site?

I would like to see what it looks like (is this a PERL-based "Nuke" type program?) before installing.

    Thanks.

    Pete

You may want to have a look at http://www.metadot.com/metadot/index.pl?iid=7519 for a list of popular implementation of the metadot Portal.  Contact info@metadot.com if you need any additional information.

Might want to update this list.  Here's some help:

nigeria.com isnt metadot, but the internal site is: http://www.nigeria.com/mypage/index.pl

deadearth.com isnt using metadot, they went to: webgui (http://www.plainblack.com/)

http://www.koinweb.co.kr/ doesnt look like metadot, unless it is an old version

      webcowboy is down

http://www.gmnow.net/ now uses ikonboard.com instead of metadot

      347.com  is down

      Dedal Man   is down

      Buttafuoco  is down

Mast Family Web site is down

The last three are the most interesting (tech-wise, not content-wise:) if you get down that far...

        My content is not interesting?

holodeck3.com is actually a subset of another metadot.  The main site is http://www.SubspaceLink.com/ and there are several domains that I've set different starting points on so that they go to different subsites.  But please, what can I do to make my content as interesting as my tech?

jesus! (and not a reference to the Christian website),

          1. my statement:

"are the most interesting (tech-wise, not content-wise:) "

didnt mean yours arent interesting content-wise, i was just clarifying to the metadot people (who are concerned primarily with the metadot technology) that your sites are interesting tech-wise.

          2. i am not christian or a trekky so i dont have suggestions about content.  they could have the best content in the world on those subjects, but i didnt even notice, i was looking for tech and layout.

          :)

      Chris,
Thank you for the feedback. I have updated the  list and moved the sites you liked toward the top.

If anyone wants to see his site listed here, just let me know.
