if two standards are defined for conversion, only the
last one is visible. following is the example from
mdm.conf:
conv.from.DublinCore.v1p1=IMS.v1p2p2
conv.from.DublinCore.v1p1=gMDs.v0p1
only the last conversion is posible, conversion from dc
to ims (first entry) is not listed!
