#2 Log SQL execution duration

Hi,

It would be nice to have the duration of each SQL call
logged as a debug message. May help with performance
tuning.

Also the sLogger.debug(...) statements could be
wrapped for greater efficiency:

if sLogger.isDebugEnabled()
{
sLogger.debug(...)
}
