#17 Difficulty attaching generated XSD to external editors

Hello there,

Trying to use an external editor (Oxygen eclipse
plugin) to edit test data to be loaded into unit tests.
I would like to associate the schema generated by
metaboss with the document so I can use validating
features of the editor to speed my editing.

The xsd generated out of metaboss uses a logical
schemalocation for imported schema parts. If these
were physical relative paths that would resolve without
the use of a customer EntityResolver this would help
enormously.

Also if all generated xsd could be output as part of a
release onto disk then it would be much easier to
attach to the editor.
