#1 Integrate better with tortoiseCVS

Can't diff on files when using TortoiseCVS 1.2.1 with
meta-diff 1.0 on Windows 2000 SP3.

Presumably meta-diff does not lock the file before it gets
to the diff'ing program, by which time the temporary file
has been deleted.

The plugins work fine on their own.

I've modified meta-diff to keep running as long as the diff
app keeps running (TortoiseCVS waits until meta-diff exits,
so this should accomplish what you need). Version 2.0 of
meta-diff, with the corresponding v2.0 of lv-diff (which
fixes the same issue), have been successfully tested on
Win2K with TortoiseCVS 1.4.3. Please send me e-mail at my
