As file uploads do not work currently at the old provider, we'll try out sourceforge.

A very kind user reported issues with Windows XP for 0.21. The program would not start.
The reason turned out to be a wrong icon size (64x64px), which is not supported by Win XP.

Icon sizes have been changed now to 48x48px, and the software runs @ WIN XP in version 0.22. This version is not fully checked for errors yet, please feel free to report any bugs.
