MeshLab, a mesh processing system, for user assisted editing, cleaning, filtering and rendering of large unstructured 3D triangular meshes (typical 3D scanning meshes). The system relies for mesh processing tasks on the gpl VCG library (vcg.sf.net).

    Hi there,

Trying to get some help with a MeshLab problem.
Recently loaded MeshLab v1.3.2 on my laptop running Vista SP2.
I am importing ASCII STL files.
The import appears to run successfully, without errors. And the filename is displayed in the lower right after it completes.

    BUT - nothing is displayed.

Completely stuck. Haven't had any other issues with laptop. Confused.
Any assistance or ideas how to continue my investigation is appreciated.
Otherwise, I'll have to find other software, again - boo.
    Thanks.

Hi everybody, I'm using Meshlab v1.3.2 for opening 3D images including STL and 3DS for several years. However, I would like to know how to measure the circumference using Measuring tool. This is due to the fact that I have been assigned to measure the following vital measures from 3D human models:

    1. Height (cm)
    2. Bust (cm)
    3. Waist (cm)
    4. Hip (cm)
    5. Upper Left Arm (cm)
    6. Upper Right Arm (cm)
    7. Upper Left Arm (cm)
    8. Upper Right Leg (cm)

If it is necessary to bisect before making a circumference measurements, please tell me how to do that. Hope to get the real and working answers soon.
