Hi,

this ticket isn't a direct problem with compiling meshlab, although on linux I have had to apply a number of patches in order for v1.3.3 to compile .They can be seen here; https://github.com/nine7nine/meshlab/commits/master ... Although, these are applied over a v.1.3.3 branch that is working on qt5 && cmake integration/migration. But more to the point;

Although, SF.net is okay and definitely has been an excellent service, in the past. I would tend to think that migrating to, or at the very least, mirroring meshlab development onto github would be extremely helpful and healthy for the project. it would allow contributors to more easily work on the project (by forking, pull requests, etc), as well as making it easier to manage, imho.

  • I am having problems currently getting the svn trunk code to compile on linux (even with patches applied, although they help), but i will open another ticked on where I am hitting road blocks. thx.
