I have a macmini with a GMA 950, it support OpenGL 1.4

I read from opengl sdk: "glPointParameter is available only if the GL
version is 1.4 or greater."

But using OpenGL extension viewer i discovered my graphics chipset don't
support OpenGL 1.4 extension GL_ARB_point_parameters and
GL_ARB_texture_env_crossbar.
