[Meshlab-devel] make help

whenever i make a change to something in /vcg, for example, i can't just run
make in the meshlab/src folder as it won't find the change.  as a result, i
have to do 'make clean' and start the whole build again.  and there didn't
seem to be a makefile for vcg.  is there any way to avoid having to do this?
