referring to the meaningless trash that is appeared in the repository
above the trunk level.

I you are not perfectly sure of what a svn command do, please DO NOT
(particularly at late night hours)
Read the svn manuals again and again before doing anything.
If you need other good reasons for being careful simply remember that
commit logs are copied on various sites and are crawled by google, and
the consequences of your actions will be around forever (this is one of
the reasons I usually requires a commit login == to you last name...)
and probably in some other spots...
Sorry for my harshness but, I have better options for summer sunday
morning than cleaning up repositories from trash poured in by ignorance.
