Mounting an STL to another STL

I want to mount the NYC skyline to a iPhone case for my phone in Meshlab. Once I add the two STL files this is what I get:

The the skyline is protruding from the wrong side of the case. How can I re-position so that it protrudes from the top of the case?

I am a beginner with 3D printing and using the software.

    Thank you so much!

    1. Load first object
    2. Rotate first object using: Filters > Normals, Curvatures and Orientation > Transform: Rotate
    3. Load second object
    4. Mesh Layer > Flatten Visible Layers *

    5. I am not sure about step number 4 working as a boolean union for the meshes, but the first 3 steps is the way to go for aligning your two meshes.
