i am using meshlabserver to automate "Poisson disk sampling" to 200K vertex.
When the sampling start with a file containing only 130K vertices then windows 10 is completely blocked and i have to reboot the PC the hard way.
On the meshlab GUI, same behavior.

if you are stuck you can try Cloudcompare for the moment. it has a poisson disk same as meshlab, perhaps a bit more feature heavy, and uses a bit more ram, and consumes too much CPU... dont know which one is better written. CloudCompare disk works and it uses 8 cores on my program, can use 8-12 depth for million mesh files.
