#476 binary stl file give malformed file error

When I try to import a mesh from a dwg file saved to STL file, into meshlab, it gives me a malformed file error.
If I save the file as a binary STL file I get the error, if I save it as an ASCII file it imports fine.
Any idea on the problem, can meshlab handle binary STL files.
