#475 watertight mesh

Using MeshLab 2016 64bit for WINDOWS 10 a watertight mesh was not recognised as watertight. However, Meschlab 1.3.3 (2014) proved the mesh to be watertight.
We applied the filter " compute geometric Measures" which worked fine with 1.3.3 and failed in the 2016version.
