#430 v1.3.3 doesn't support opening files with UTF-8 chars in the path

In Meshlab 1.3.3 I try to import file D:\Programování\tradr-git\tradr-ws\src\jaco-ros\jaco_model\meshes\mesh.dae . Notice the accented characters in the path.

I end up with an error as depicted in the attached screenshot. Apparently Meshlab misinterprets UTF-8 as ASCII.

The bug is affecting also 1.3.4beta.
In 1.3.2 opening such files works.
