#420 Triangulation error

In version 1.3.0 I can load in my model (please see dropbox link, if interested) and the polygon triangulation is correct. If I change the view (other wireframe or points only options) random, erroneous triangles appear and I can't get rid of them. I tried to close the application and reload the model; the erroneous triangles still appear. I tried to uninstall the application and then reinstall it; the erroneous triangles still appear. Only after I removed the meshlab registry keys using regedit and then did a clean install did the erroneous triangles disappear. I have not selected the other mesh view types for fear of the error repeating itself.

Newer versions of Meshlab also exhibit this buggy behavior. In the most recent release, I don't think the clean model is ever displayed, even upon first load.
