#418 import mesh file dialog doesn't recognize subst'd drives

I (like many game developers) use subst'd drives on windows to create an environment for the art pipeline that is machine and user independent. In my case, I have S: subst'd. For some reason MeshLab's file dialog for mesh import isn't recognizing the S: drive, presumably because some overly restrictive flag was passed to the common dialogs. This makes for a pain in the butt and having to use the machine-dependent path to the mesh.
