#367 memory leak when using '"Project active rasters color to current mesh, filling the texture"

I have been creating textures using the filter "Project active rasters color to current mesh, filling the texture" using large numbers of raster cameras- up to 1000, but this bug is also relevant for files of about 500 cameras.
If I repeat this for a few models in the scene (3 or 4) my pagefile.sys grows to a point where if fills my c drive (which normally has 100 GB free) and meshlab crashes. There is no way to get this memory back until I do a computer restart. This has been going on for several months consistently, and the culprit is definitely meshlab. It is frustrating as I would like to batch this process overnight but I am prevented from doing so by the memory leak.
