#339 Cannot open files with UTF-8 in path/filename

When openning file with and UTF8 path, Meshlab fails to open it.

For example, openning this file:

/home/churchyard/Stažené/test.stl

Results to this Error:

Unable to open file:
"/home/churchyard/Stažené/test.stl"

Error details: file /home/churchyard/Stažené/test.stl does not exist.
