#8 List of radio devices and their characteristics

It would be nice to have a table of known radio devices (cards and
APs) along with information such as their default and possible
output powers, and their receive sensitivity at various data rates.

Each entry should have a field for documenting the source of the
information as it can sometimes be difficult to obtain authoritative
data or verify it.

Hopefully all specifications will be with a bit error rate (BER) of
0.00001/frame error rate (FER) of 0.08.
