#6 List of services provided at a node

In the absence of a standard and widely deployed service
discovery protocol (SLP, DNS-SD/Rendezvous, etc) it would be nice
if each node could have a list of services it is making available to
the mesh. This would also have the added benefit of removing the
risk of having an innocent but uninvited port scan be misconstrued
as something hostile.

The Melbourne Wireless database has such information, although it
also includes services such as DHCP, which might be hard to fit
cleanly into a classic IP+port table.
