#12 More information for incoming and outgoing links

Currently a small amount of information is shown on each node's
page for each connected peer. The peer information for outgoing
links is currently limited to the node name (displayed next to the
node number) and the information for incoming links has only a
small amount of additional information (the interface name and
address).

It would be nice to display more information about connected
peers, much like the list of nearby nodes. The information should
probably include the suburb, distance and bearing of the peer, and
possibly could also include an elevation diagram (not that there's a
huge amount of point to having one there, but a bit of extra eye
candy doesn't usually go astray).
