#10 Merge short description & URL fields for display

Long URLs in the node view page can muck up the page layout and
there's not really a great deal of need for them to be explicitly
displayed. The card and antenna URLs may as well just be
displayed as links from the card and antenna short descriptions
respectively, and similarly the site image URL and more-
information URL can be made links from other text on the page.

The only real difficulty with this is doing it nicely to work
elegantly with the overloaded functions in view.inc.php and view-
netloc.inc.php so that the `edit' page stays the same while the
`view' page changes. Something more elegant than a switch on
$EDITONLY would be nice.
