#7 Max Nearby nodes not displayed when show only LOS=yes

If you have set in the preferences "List peers with LOS
only" = YES and you have "Peer list table limit" =10
you do not see 10 nearby nodes displayed, usually
less.

I suspect that it is counting the non LOS nodes that are
not displayed in the 10.

Could this possibly be fixed.
