So I have a few questions about them. How do you pick the numbers? What's the max and min? Can you use negatives? Does the max value for red make the red really dark? Really light? All I have to do is plot them in 3 space, but I'm not sure what functions and/or #define's to use. Also I need the program to pick colors for me so that the points are in different colors. What it's for is plotting the orbits of planets. Each orbit would be in it's own color. I want to use OpenGL not IDL. I have x,y,z coordinates so... I don't need much just a black back ground, 3d plotting, and orbits in color. Thank you for the help. ```
