[Mesa3d-dev] src/swrast/s_aalinetemp.h 1.10 doesn't compile

I just did a CVS co of the main branch, and I get the following compilation
failure under IRIX:

     (void) index;
            ^

The following code was changed yesterday in s_aalinetemp.h from version
1.9 to version 1.10:

#endif

Without having looked at all the details, I imagine that if DO_INDEX
is defined, then DO_RGBA is not, and thus GLint index is not defined.
If I remove:

#else
   (void) index;

the file compiles fine.
