[Mesa3d-dev] new glu.h

Hi all,

I just noticed that the "old" glu does not compile with the new glu.h.
IMHO we should not try to get the old source compiled with the new one. Maybe
when someone has no c++ compiiler the old glu.h should be copied over the
new one. The configure script and/or the makefiles should be able to detect the need of this copy.
