Me again.

I've dug into the autoconfmake build system and noticed that the source file
lists in various Makefile.am's are horribly outdated. I just wanted to ask
everyone to send a short notice to the list whenever they make _any_ changes
to the manual make build system so I can apply them to the autoconfmake system
as well.
