[Mesa3d-dev] quick perf check with new swrast module

The most obvious perf checks ever:

	gears	iso-sm	iso-flat m3d-sm m3d-flt

3.4	64.2	14.9	19.0	21.7	23.9
cvs	63.3	14.9	18.2	21.3	23.8

so, as it stands there is a slowdown with flatshading but it's not huge, the
worst example being isosurf at 4.5%.  

I'd still prefer to put a little effort into optimizing that case rather than
change the interfaces at this point.
