[Mesa3d-users] Makefile newbie problems

I had the same problems too. To get it to work, I played with the makefile
in the Book directory, the code there are for the examples in the RedBook
and use GLUT. If you do not understand, slowly remove stuff from the file
little by little, don't forget to save, you will reach a point when you get
to understand the makefile
