Hi Brian,

st/mesa: check image size before copy_image_data_to_texture()

This causes a regression with NPOT textures in fbo-generate-mipmaps on r600g.

Please don't put it into 7.10 until we can figure out why, but I'm
guessing the restrictions are too strict.
