[Mesa3d-dev] r300g: mesa master fails to build - missing depend to libdrm >=2.4.19

Hi,

I was trying to compile latest mesa master GIT:

commit 2a3accb
r300g: fix glean occlusion query test

Unfortunately, the build breaks (see below "investigations").
I suspect  the cause is I have here Debian's libdrm-2.4.18 installed.
"radeon: add square-tiling flag" in [1] was post-2.4.18.
So the depends should be bumped to libdrm >=2.4.19.
