[Mesa3d-dev] Patch to fix -m32 for progs/glsl

Hi,

I had to apply the following patch to build mesa as 32-bit,
on a 64-bit Debian system (so that wine, and all else get proper
3D accelereration with the new r600 driver).

progs/glsl is built by default, but it was not using -m32.
Please apply the patch to mesa git master, it is a one-line makefile fix.
