The first release candidate of Mesa 7.4 can be grabbed from http://www.mesa3d.org/beta/

7.4 will be a stable release just fixing bugs since Mesa 7.3.

See the release notes for details.

I'm hoping to wrap up 7.4 around the middle of next week.
