[Mesa3d-users] Texture compression support in software rasterizer

Why are S3TC and FXT1 not supported in the software rasterizer? They do
not appear in the extension list. Is there an easy way to activate them
(the code is there and used for software fallbacks in drivers that
support S3TC or FXT1)?
