That's fine. I will rebase the patches and commit soon.
I might need to switch my focus to Windows for a while. I guess I will use the
chance to convert st/wgl to st_api.h and finally drop st_public.h. Until it is
too painful to work on Windows and I need to work on something fun, I will add
EGLImage support to st/dri after dropping st_public.h.
