Makefile.egl is missing in src/gallium/winsys/drm/ when getting MesaLib from tarball. E.g., from ftp://ftp.freedesktop.org/pub/mesa/7.8/RC/MesaLib-7.8-rc2.tar.gz Curiously, the file is present in the rc2-tagged git commit: http://cgit.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/tree/src/gallium/winsys/drm?id=4eead425504057e0862bc214bceaa512775973f1
